God summons humanity to investigate and reflect upon the heavens, the earth, mountains, stars, plants, seeds, animals, the alternation of the night and the day, the creation of man, the rain and many other created things. Examining these, man comes to recognize the artistry of God's creation in the world around him, and ultimately, to know our Creator, Who created the entire universe and everything in it from nothing.
"Science" offers a method by which the universe, and all the beings therein, may be examined to discover the artistry in God's creation, thereby communicating it to mankind. Religion, therefore, encourages science, adopting it as a tool by which to study the subtleties of God's creation.

Religion not only encourages scientific study, but also permits that, supported by the truths revealed through Islam, scientific research be conclusive and expeditious. The reason being, that religion provides accurate and definitive answers as to how life and the universe came into being. As such, if initiated upon a proper foundation, research will reveal the truths regarding the origin of the universe and the organization of life, in the shortest time, and with minimum effort and energy. As stated by Albert Einstein, considered one of the greatest scientists of the 20th century, "science without religion is lame", which is to say, that science, unguided by religion, cannot proceed correctly, but rather, wastes much time in achieving certain results, and worse, is often inconclusive.

Scientific studies pursued by materialist scientists unable to see the truth has, particularly in the last two hundred years, certainly caused a considerable amount of time to be squandered, a great deal of research to be pursued in vain and millions of dollars to have been poured down the drain to no effect.
There is one fact that must be recognized clearly: science can achieve reliable results only if it adopts as its main objective the investigation of the signs of creation in the universe, and strives solely towards this end. Science may reach its ultimate goal in the shortest possible time only if it is pointed in the right direction, that is, if it is rightly guided.

I see you have put much thought into this however i must disagree with you on one subject. Religion tends to deny science by saying things like we have only been here for 6 thousand years (even though just by the fact we can see the stars means weve been here for billions at the least), and that satan planted the fossils of dinosaurs to fool us. They are in this constant battle, then the religions battle amongst themselves to.

I believe what you said that god for whatever reason created all this (yes evolution and every other natural process, he didnt just snap his fingers and make man first thing) and that man obviousely has in its instinct the need to figure out its surroundings, why its here etc.. I think religion shows this because religion and spirituality are about figuring out why your hear or attaining something on another level. Science uses a certain method to decide thewther something is or isnt, they are often wrong but eventually through this said process they correct their mistakes. I believe science is slowly explaining more and will eventually figure out that there must be some "designer" that started all of this but the problem is that they havnt proven it so they say no it doesnt exist (The atheist scientists that is).

And einstein when asked about that quote "science without religion is lame" he stated that he was basicly joking and that it was taken out of context. But still I think that science and religion should work closer together and accept that they both only have 1 piece of a puzzle which is greater than the both combined, Hopefully someday they will meet in the middle

There is NO courting among technological know-how and islam. Muslims are fast to assert that the koran is filled with clinical wonders, however in fact that islam is stuffed with errors, contradictions, and falsehoods. Muslims will let you know that the koran predicts the pace of sunshine, describes how the universe was once shaped, and many others.. In reality, the one technique to "realize" islam and the koran, is find a non-clinical method. the koran is a jumbled, mess of reviews, hatred and punishments all thrown in combination. Muslims will argue that this "esoteric" association is what makes it particular and specified ??? They can even let you know that non-muslims don't have the perception and potential to realize the koran and islam, and so they react violently while non-muslims query the koran and islam.

I don't buy the Quran as a source of science, and yes, I've done the research and then some. However, everything you said about seeking scientific knowledge does not bother me. Good luck.

oh brother

at this point i think you muslims are starting to beat a dead horse. does Islams claims imply that its some how valid? no. sorry.

i dont care how many predictions mythology has, in the end its still mythology. Greek mythology had a few claimsthat turned out to be partly true as well....does that mean Greek mythology is valid? no.

reports of observations within stories does not make them credible and factual. perios.

Does quran teach how to build airplanes to crash against buildings or do you need scientific disciplines like physics?

Religion should be based on the truth yet it is not always.
Islam should be based on the truth. It never was nor will be.

Each use deception as a way to propagate its values.
