The reason blood does not seep though pore is because the cells cluster and are to big and you overall blood pressure keeps it from doing so, and you also have many layers of skin that vary in thickness it is a good example of Boyle's law of pressure

skin is in veins which are not porus... when u cut urself, u bleed cuz u open a vein, which is why they take blood from the bg vein in ur arm
