Yes this is in Alberta Canada and they are all listed as family doctors

MBChB (also written sometimes as MBBS) stands for Bachelors of MEdicine and Surgery. In North America we use the "MD" degree to mean the same thing.

CCFP could depend, however I can tell it's a certification to a certain group of doctors. The "FP" leads me to believe it's "Family Practice". Was this doctor a family physician? It could be "Canadian College of Family Physicians" (or "Family Practice"), but here in Canada most doctors opt for the Royal Canadian Family Physician certification (FRCP) instead.
