If you go to the IRS website, there is a toll free number there where you can report tax scofflaws to the IRS. The IRS will even reward you for turning the person.

The IRS has a reward system that I think depends on the amount of taxes recovered. Also, the state tax commission would be interested.

www.irs.gov I'm sure there's a place there to file a complaint. Is this guy licensed? If not, shame on the idiots hiring him (who won't be protected should he not hold up his end of the bargain). If he is... it should be pretty easy for them to go after him.

It is illegal for him to do this but if this is how this man makes a living you should leave him alone. He will eventually be caught and have to pay it back one day. Sounds like you don't like him very much. How do you know he uses goverment money are you with him everyday? NO so how do you know this to be true?
