I had a few squaddie boyfriends who cheated on me. but that can happen with anyone,squaddie or not. I'm married to one now. Before that we were a long way away from each other for half a year. it's all about trust. If you can't trust someone there's no point being together with them because that's what a relationship is based on.

I was a squaddie for a quite a while . I never cheated on my bird at all. Not once. But my best mate shagged anything that moved. It was a shame really coz his wife was a really nice person , and she never suspected a thing . He caught crabs off of some girl in Bosnia and he still managed to conceal it from his wife. I knew a lot of faithful squaddies and a lot of cheaters as well.

Some do some don't I never did I supose is the fact that boys away from home with no come backs like to try their luck and also visit the VD clinic then work out how to tell the girlfriends they have a visitor.....
I could say it's the fact you may die tommorow and lifes to short Bullsh*t but that's not true most Squaddies will never be in the Sh*t zone...
It's just one of those things best you find a nice civvy...

I'll bet you find the percentage of military males that cheat on their spouses comparible to civilian males that cheat. The only factor that comes into play is opportunity -- military personnel spend more time away from their spouses than their civilian counterparts.
It works both ways, though....it's generally accepted that you can tell what unit has been deployed or is in the field by who's wives are at the clubs.

Given the opportunity, most blokes cheat. Squaddies just get more opportunities.

As an ex soldier, I would say that some do and some don't. And a squaddie is a slang term for a soldier.

Never hear off the term but if you say it refers to army personnel; fine.
Do ALL of them cheat (I assume you mean on their wives or husbands) then the answer is no. Why? Because you asked a blanket question (ALL) so if only one doesn't cheat.....

I think with being away from home a lot they get tempted and think their partners will never know. They just need love and attention like anyone. There are some that will always be faithfull.
