How to copy burned DVDs?

Hi. I have no problem burning DVDs; however, I can't seem to get it to work if i want to copy a burned DVD. I'm using DVD shrink, and it won't read the burned DVD. I already tried copying it on nero, but it asks for the original. Any ideas?

use the NERO 7 it is fabulous program.
