Yes, When you pop open the disposible there is a role of film just like any other inside and you can do it just as you would a regular role of film

you can print the negs in the darkroom. They are negatives.

If you have access to a color darkroom, you can print color. If you can only print b/w, be sure to play with the contrast filters to get some pop-color negs tend to print very flat in black and white and require a higher than normal contrast filter. Start with the 3.5 and work up.

also you can vary the dilution of the developer-use it straight or 1/2 the dilution the manufacturer recommends.

Yes u can print color negatives using B&W processing chemicals but u cant develop color film unless u have the proper processing chemicals. Color involves a tottaly diffrent process than B&W. So get your negs developed first then print them in a B&W darkroom

Assuming you are using a standard black and white darkroom:

Yes you can, providing you have the film developed in a lab, or have the ability to develop color film. When you make prints from these negatives, they'll just turn out black and white. It's kinda fun!
