Ok,

My anxiety is not that bad, when I talk face to face with someone, friend or not, I can barely stare at their eyes for for more than 3 seconds. If I'm at work and someone yells a couple of feet to me and I reply, I think everyone is staring at me, which they usually are, but when that happens, my face turns red and I get hot and if kept in the situation long enouhg, I start sweating... mainly when more than 2 people start looking at me, this happens,

Im not a bad looking guy, actually alot of women like me. But when I find someone I like, and start talking to them, IMMEDIATELY i start turing red ans sweating and it ruins the whole conversation....

PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHICH MEDS WILL HELP OR WHAT TO DO TO HELP THIS!

Personally I think you would better benefit from CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) or some confidence boosting exercises over medication.

You need a combination of medications. One to releive the physical symptoms and another to relive the social anxeity itself. For the physical symptoms, you need a betablocker like Inderal or Atenenol. Inderal is a high blood pressure medication that slows down your heart beat a little. Some people just take it for stage fright to prevent their face from getting hot and red like you described.
As for the social anxiety, for this I would go to a psychiatrist for the best medication. There are a few, but a psychiatrist is better than a doctor at knowing which works best.

Before you try meds, you could try therapy instead. Group therapy has been proven to be especially helpful for treating social anxiety. Give it time and try making small improvements instead of just overcoming it all at once.

You need to see a psychiatrist so they can prescribe the best medications for you.
