Latin typing program?

Question

Does anyone know of a program that can add macrons and stuff to your letters when you type. I know there's Character Map but that doesn't cut it. It only allows you to put one symbol over the letter; I need to put two.

I have never heard of one, but what in addition to a macron are you wanting to add? I don't recall ever seeing two symbols over the same letter in Latin. Other than the macron, the only symbol I've seen is the circumflex over short vowels.
