It is used to test ADHD behavioral problems. Conner’s Rating Scale is nothing more than a subjective survey to obtain innocent children to do experimental drug research on. I would definitely look into this further if I were you.

The Conner's Scale is a rating system for ADD and ADHD. It has never been standardized or supported by clinical research. It was developed by a psychiatrist who developed it for a way to enlist children for drug studies, and he had a stake in the company.
Google "Conner's Rating Scale", and read the sad truth. Your school district is in the wrong. Demand a standardized psychiatric assessment from a child psychiatrist, and if the district won't pay, get it done yourself!
