I talking and meeting someone through messenger and I live in Puerto Rico and he lives in Dominican Republic.He tells me that he loves me and that likes me and sincerely im starting to feel something for him but I have been hurt a lot of time and im scared that he would hourt me or be one of those psychos of the internet,so I don't know what to do,so please help me.

Lo que pasa es que por internet se puede ser muy sinceros, pero también se puede ser falsos y no notarías la diferencia, lo mejor es conocerse y así pueden ver ambos las reacciones y la personalidad del otro mas claramente. Asegurate que se ven en un lugar público, y nada de "a solas" por tu seguridad.
El amor es mucho mas complicado que simplemente decir "te amo"

If you have only talked on the internet and haven't met face to face, how can he say he loves you. He can say that he likes you. It is a little odd. But if you want to meet him. Meet him in a public place until you get to know him better. As for the being scared of being hurt, you will never find happiness and love if your too scared to persue. What doesn't kill you will make you stronger.

you need to be very careful about meeting someone from the internet. You should have talked to him long enough to get to know him first, And if and when you decide to meet him, be sure to take a friend of yours along with you and meet in a public place just for safety , that way you can really see what type of person he is.

I don't know how old you are or where you plan on meeting this man but I don't suggest you get too involved. Over the internet a person can be whoever they want to be. You may be honest but there is no guarantee that he is. I wouldn't take the risk. Until you have spent time with a person, in person, you don't know them.

this is a 50-50 chance, you never really know until you meet him, and by that time it could be a problem. if he asked you how old you are, where you live, and that type of personal stuff, then yeah he could be one of the psychos of the internet. but you would never actually know until you see him in person. just dont take any risks

I would say no for it...because you cannot expect the real love through the Internet...and 1 more thing...if that love is true...how can you 2 be 2gether...and who knows what will happen when you 2 meet each other??? Will there be no disapointment...

Anyone who tells you that they love you over the internet, you need to be careful of. He said that he loved you but has never met you in person yet. Be careful he might be a psycho, the internet is filled with psychotic people.

He says he loves you just from typing it out on im? Please, that's a pretty lame announcement. How have you known him and how many times have you met? Have you spent many days in his arms. Have you even seen him in person?
You can't love someone that you've only met on the net. You might be in love with his words but until you've spent day after day with someon, you don't know them.
He says he loves you? Ask him to prove it. Ask him to come and see you in person. If he truly cares, he'll almost break his neck trying to get to you.
Don't believe anything you read on the net, it's worse than the liberal media and they always lie.
