I love the blue cheese dip you get in places like Old Orleans and Hard Rock Cafe, does anybody have a recipe or know how I could go about making it? Or alternatively where I can buy something like it? I'd prefer to make it myself but it's so good I'd settle for buying it! Thanks!

Most supermarkets sell it, you'll find it by the mayo/salad dressings, BUT most are horrid, either vinegary or too salty SO
Buy two packs of plain Philedelphia cream cheese, add a small tub of plain yoghurt, and 6oz of crumbled blue cheese - season with a little garlic salt if necessary - If you want to watch the calories, you could use the lower fat philly cheese, and very low fat yoghurt/or fromage frais instead, but i like the 'creaminess' of the full-fat variety - it means an extra 1/2 hour in the gym though! enjoy!!!
