I don't know where you live and how much money you have to spend.
The intenet is full of free ways and some are not free, to learn English.
Read and speak to people who know English.
Phrasebase.com has some pronunciations of English words.
Read lots of books.
Find someone that speaks English and talk to them on a daily basis about current event, what you are reading, common everyday questions, etc.
If you can't find somene who speaks English (sorry for all the typing mistakes), there are some radio broadcasts on the internet.
Also, you can bgeta book in print and another on tape in English.
There are books that you can listen to and read along with, as well.

YOu can also voice chat with people and www.mylanguageexchange.com has people who will help you learn English.
There is even a small program that will record voicemails and you can email them to each other so that you can practice.that is
www.handybits.com
On the mylanguageexchange.com site you look for a partner to speak/learn a language.
Hope this helps.

How about learning English on-line?

I know a website that offers a wonderful on-line Lanaguage learning program. This program contains comprehensive English and Spanish lessons from pronounciation, conversation, to sophisticated Business Presentation. There are lessons for novice learner for Mandarin, Russian, and Latvian as well. French and Japanese to come. There are interactive audio lessons and tests to help you learn English progressively. This website does charge a very minimal cost. It's all worth it. The website is: http://www.learningwell.en101.com Press the enroll tab to enroll.

Good, i learned english by reading R.L Stine's Goosebump books in 5th grade. Only took one year for me to understand material in class and be able to converse with others. Highly recommended! You also must be very diligent. Read, read, and read!

best way to learn a language is go to a place where you are forced to speak it (america, england, etc.)
it will take time but it always works
