No, your hair will grow at the same rate no matter what you do. It tends to grow faster with the waxing moon and slower when it's waning. You can use conditioners designed to strengthen the hair, then you will have less breakage. Sometimes that makes your hair "appear" to grow faster when in reality, it just isn't breaking as much.
