Isaiah 55: 8 & 9: "“For the thoughts of YOU people are not my thoughts, nor are my ways YOUR ways,” is the utterance of Jehovah. 9 “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so my ways are higher than YOUR ways, and my thoughts than YOUR thoughts."
Here is a vision from Ezekiel...
Ezekiel 1: 15-18: "As I kept seeing the living creatures, why, look! there was one wheel on the earth beside the living creatures, by the four faces of each. 16 As for the appearance of the wheels and their structure, it was like the glow of chrys´o·lite; and the four of them had one likeness. And their appearance and their structure were just as when a wheel proved to be in the midst of a wheel. 17 When they went they would go on their four respective sides. They would not turn another way when they went. 18 And as for their rims, they had such height that they caused fearfulness; and their rims were full of eyes all around the four of them"
Jeremiah 16:17: "For my eyes are upon all their ways. They have not been concealed from before me, neither has their error been hid from in front of my eyes."
Zechariah 2:8; "For this is what Jehovah of armies has said, ‘Following after [the] glory he has sent me to the nations that were despoiling YOU people; for he that is touching YOU is touching my eyeball.'

I don't know, I've never seen him physically, but I have sensed his presence spiritually. As a matter of fact, The Holy ghost I believe is the spirit of God and if we allow him to live inside our bodies then yes he does have eyes unless we are born with no eyeballs?

God does not look like a man as is usually depicted in the pictures of the old man with a beard.
God is Glorious and Radiant.
God is all-seeing and all-knowing.
how He does that does not seem as important as the fact that He does it.

Yes, we are created in his image so we look like him and vice versa. How does he see everything. I don't know for sure HOW, but the fact that he is timeless seems like it would allow him enough "time" to look in every direction.

"God is portrayed on South Park as a hybrid of a cat, monkey, and hippopotamus, with a reptillian tongue he uses to catch bugs [....] His voice is provided by Trey Parker."

I don't know anything about his eyes. But, let me tell you this, his feet are really really ugly if they look anything like those horney, huge, bony things that Michelangelo painted them like in the Sistine Chapel. That's just scary.
