I think you should ALMOST break his neck! Seriously though, it was prob an accident, but kick his but just in case!

No, if he didn't break it than what's the big deal? Most schools have rules against having cell phones during school anyways.

No that would be extreme, lol. Talk to him, let him know that he almost broke your cell. Or on the other hand it didnt break so brush it off and go about your day.

Go for it dude, just make sure you do it AFTER school not during school hours, and outside the school.
Better ask your older brother or a couple of buddies to help you out. Wait for him after school and attack from behind. make sure NOBODY's watching so you won't get juvenile prison time.
And, oh make sure you beat him up good. Will serve him right for breaking your cellphone!

Fight him, if you don't he'll think your afraid of him and and he and everyone else who was there would think you're a punk. Don't break his neck or you'll probably be arrested.

oh i love that "cell" phone (im from england, we call them mobiles) thats kinda harsh to break his neck, i would just give the silent treatmeant and give him evil looks
