the police find a man, found dangling from a ceiling, choked to death...the window is open, but this dead man's apt. is on the second floor, and the fire escape has not been tampered with..the police found no items in this apt...no furniture, no fridge, nothing..all they found was a wet spot near the spot where the man was dangling...how the hell did he die? (no force entry was found, except when the police broke down the door)

He was standing on a block of ice. He probably called U-Haul to take the stuff from that persons apartment. Then brought a ladder and tied a rope to the cieling. Then brought a tall block of ice to stand on and he peed and since pee is hot it melted the ice causing him to be choked to death (he tied himself with the rope before peeing).
If you think that is no possibility I say someone put the rope on his neck and he tried to escape and slipped on the water and fell ending with what was going to happen before; getting choked.
He was probably hung as a pinata and then they didn't want to beat him like a pinata and left him there.

the man lived on the second floor,he fell through the floor.you see he was on the commode,years of leaking caused the floor to give way.the wet spot on the floor is either from him,didnt finish what he was doing or from the over flowing toilet.he chocked on the phone cord that he isntalled by the toilet in case of emergencies.the lower apartment was vacant.

I heard this before in third grade.
He hung the noose around his neck, and he was standing on a large block of ice (which explains the wet spot).

simple is the ice. but he tied one end of the rope to his feet and neck so he did a pully style thing.. something to think bout huh.. it could wok tie one end to your right foot lift it up and trow the rope over what ever and tie round neck then jump up
