margharita is a name, but shouldn't be used for the drink. i would go as far as to say that it would be wrong to spell the drink margharita. in my opinion, in english and spanish, the drink should be spelled margarita (as it was originally named in spanish and english loves incorporating foreign names and words).

If you are talking about the drink with tequila, the correct answer is margarita. I think you may be thinking about margherita pizza, which is a pizza that has tomato, sliced mozzarella, basil and oil.
