I just began dating a guy over the X-mas break and it was great then because he had a 2 week break from work. Now that he has gone back to work I have only seen him once a week for the last 3 weeks. I spoke to him about it and he told me to "go with the flow".

Just last night he cancelled on me because he said he was too tired. I left my a party early to go see him but he told me not to bother; he was about to hit the sack. Not wanting to do anything because he's fatigued has happened a few times now.

Am I stressing about this too early on? I think the reason why I'm thinking about this now is because I'd like to see a near future with him; but I want to make sure this doesn't happen again then.

Hey Girl, it sounds like he has another life, that dosen't include you. You may want to move on from this one.

If you really like him you will go with the flow. Relationships take work and compromise. I understand what you are saying and I can sympathize with you. If things continue this way and it really starts getting in the way of the two of you then maybe it is time to move on but where this relationship is so new to both of you, I would first suggest giving it time and making the most of the time that you do have together. What about lunch dates? Any chance that you guys can have lunch together once a week this might help you out a bit.

Well your not going to like the answer on this one. He works to much because he wants to. If I a guy likes you he will make the time. He won't be to tired. He won't be to busy. When I a guys saids hes busy and work and doesn't leave another obtion on the table its winding down. Guys who say not now or I don't want to get serious or anything else its just that they don't want you. Because if he meets the right person or you meet the right person you will do anything to be with that person. It sucks when you like someone and they don't like you as much back. But wouldn't you rather be with someone who want you as much as you want them. Good Luck.

If you just started dating its too early to complain about him working. just talk to him and give it time to build.

since you've just started dating him, i agree, go with the flow. he shouldn't have to prioritize his life based on someone he just met. sorry, but yes, give him some room.

a man with ambitious, doesn't necessary to see each other all the time as long as you both TRUST each other. If you really do care bout him perhaps you might let him focus on his job.
