With our present scientific knowledge, it is conceivable and is a distinct possiblity that universes can be created using technology and the laws of physics. How do you know this did not happen in an alien lab with ours? If it did, would you worship them?

Hi Meat!

Thanks for this one, I needed some levity today. Funny enough the way you phrase your question it not only is funny but gives one pause.

Input: Correction, current scientific thought not knowledge, enables the mind to consider that such is possible. There is no knowledge or technology that exists on our earth that would enable the proper use of the laws of physics to complete such and act.
Stop, Process.

Having said that, yes as a student of science, I believe in many of the theories that science has put forth. More so, I believe in the Laws of Physics as demonstrated to be correct. There is nothing in provin science that is inconsistent with my belief.

While I may term it differently than your output, surprisingly based on its core premise that an Alien is a life form that is not presently of this earth (God is a perfected being), and that all "Laws" (and lets be careful with that term) that are true are unchanging (as is God), not only would I worship them, I do worship Him.

Keep it up St.. Meat!

Love ya!

Well, I'm pretty sure if God did reveal Himself to us physically there would certainly be many who would prefer to claim He is anything other than God. Otherwise, I don't see any validity to your speculation that God is just an advanced alien. It's like those "scientists" who can't explain how life originated so they defer to aliens or life coming from space, which really only pushes the problem off to some unprovable remote time and place. Amazing what irrational thoughts people who claim to be rational can come up with.

It may be likely that whatever created this reality could have created other realities, universes, and dimentions. Its also likely that planet earth is not the only planet that has life on it. Remember when scientest was able to find small microbs on mars. Also mars does have water, oxegen, and corbon dioxide. All elements thats needed for life as we know it. The is no end to how our reality or universe could have been created. One never knows what lies on the other side of a black hole. Who's to say our imaginations is just not fantasy, but a gateway into another posibility and universe. Thoughts could have more power then we reailized. Quantom Entanglement is just now being studied(quantom computers and the space/time fabric might give us the ability to create life and other realities) We as humans must be open to other ways of thinking, before we can evolve. Our definitions of life may need to be changed!

You're watching too much Science Fiction on TV. The brains of our species is still trying to understand the components of the universe, yet you're saying that "creating universes" is a possibility. Somehow, I can't see any puny race in the universe capable of creating a vast infinite universe. Something more God-like would be needed. I can't prove this, but neither can you. For now, I'll stay with the God concept.

Aliens? HMM... Lets think this out. Wikipedia describes Alien (biology), a non-native species. God is Advanced, He is our Creator. How much more advanced can you get than that? God is not of this world, He created this world, therefore He is not of this world. God is holy. Holy means to be set apart. God is not apart of this world. Lab? OH, you must mean Heaven. Yea, I would use Heaven instead of lab!

So the answer to your question to Christians is irrelevant to our beliefs.. NO

I've considered this sort of thing - it doesnt make sense to worship an alien entity with the power to create a universe really, does it?

Yet thats pretty much what people do, I think in a way they like the way god doesnt exist because you cant prove somethings not there when its invisible, intangible etc...

The aliens didn't send us a savior to save us from eternal torment, just because they loved us.

That makes me think, though.

I've heard conspiricies like that before:

We can make human clones, the problem is that thier immune system is 100x worse than ours.
The conspiracy theory is that we are actually clones of aliens with 100x HIGHER immune systems.

My friend said this to me.

I responded, "Well, we are made in the image of a perfect, healthy God..."

Good question, but no..

aliens are known as the "end-time" deception. One day people might think that "aliens" created us (missing link), instead of God.

The Antichrist will honor Satan, called Baal, Lord of Fortresses, Lord of the High Places , Lord of those who quickly fly (in the high places), Prince of the Power of the Air, and obviously Prince of the Power behind flying craft in the high places...ufos.

If the civilized alien being created this world, my life and everyone elses and died for my sins and rose to prove He was the creator and wants me to live in eternal peace with Him... sure, why not?

If aliens made us, who made the aliens? There has to be a First Cause. And the aliens wouldn't be that.
