Starting out at 40 mg. is not going to kill you; just might have more side effects. I would start at 20 mg. and work up. But, you know how your body reacts more than any doctor does.

i have been taking celexa for decades now, and commenced 20 mg of Adderall some months interior the previous. even as i began taking celexa, I had the indicators you're experiencing - insomnia, shakiness, heightened anxiousness, lack of urge for nutrients. i began taking celexa for melancholy, anxiousness, and ocd, so this became once complicated to me. after I requested my surgeon about it, he confident me that those indications are time-honored even as you start up celexa, they in many cases even out over some weeks. That proved precise for me. I stuck it and waited, and particular adequate after some weeks i began feeling higher than ever. If I were you, i might want to attend on the Adderall and allow your body to get used to the celexa first. Celexa already aspects you to be amazing stimulated even as you first start up taking it, so the Adderall is also overkill. The Adderall I take for individual adhd. It also improves my mood and does a higher interest of curbing melancholy. I do regularly assume that disconnect you're talking about too, although i do no longer mind it the type of lot. I do get lots more effective carried out than I used to, that helps vacation that never-ending melancholy cycle. My social anxiousness is higher because of the particular shown reality that of it almost as good. I evaluate its a properly advice to attend it out some weeks and see the way you're feeling. those concerns do no longer kick in today. If then you definately are although feeling adore that isn't any longer operating for you, then that is somewhat no longer. good success!
