Is there any free software with which I can design my own t-shirts?

does anyone know any easy software that with which i could design t-shirts and save them in vector format

Here is one. It is totally free. you have to register to use it, but no money involved. Vector drawing program.

OpenOffice.org has program Draw in the package . Very nice vector program.
