In terms of entitlement programs, I am talking about the "big three" - Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid.

Insist that ALL entitlement programs, whether to a person, company or corporation be terminated immediately. This of course includes the largest entitlement program of them all... the grand daddy of Government pork... the Social Security Administration.
Tax the poor !!!

every twenty years the Constitution has to be reratified and the changes added that you want to make learn how this process is really not open to the world unless u know about it and investigate the ways to add new meaning to antiquated general funds abuse

I"m with you gonzofeve.The major parties are either stealing from a program or doling it out to those who don"t deserve it. We need a good 3rd. party!

Alot of the answer to your question will depend on whether you are talking generically about all entitlement programs, or just specific ones.
If you are referring to Native Americans, that program should never be ended. We stole their land, and owe them a lifetime of recompense.
If you are referring to Blacks, they are just as foreign to this soil as Whites are, and are owed nothing.
Please be more specific???
