Bafa town is located in western Turkey on Milas-Soke-Bodrum highway, and the Bafa lake which is 10 km away can be reached from the town. The lake is partly within the borders of Mugla and Aydin provinces. There are Prienne, Milet and Dydima ancient towns closer to the lake.

Bafa town and also Bafa lake is near to Söke(a town in Aydın) in the West Anatolia.
But I didnt visit before and the visitors adviced me to see there.

Bafa is on the route :Kusadasi - Didyma - Bafa Lake and Bodrum. You can stay at Kusadasi or Bodrum. www.imtatravel.com / Evren
