kidney pain rises all the way up your back, not just your lower back.....ive had bad kidney infections....go see a doctor...they will give you meds, like cipro, i have a ton if you want some lol

also, it might not be kidneys, this time of year it can be a flu, causing soreness in the back and lungs.

go to doctor because it could be urinary tract infection spread to kidney so go check it out before thing turn serious.

make a Dr apt or go to the er. drink plenty of fluids and cranberry juice. however, it may be stones or something completely different. don't wait around get checked out.

first get a tall glass of water then call the doctor!!!!
you may just be dehydrated, it has happened to me, especially after drinking coffee all day. beer does the same thing.
