Hi, here is my answer:

Sleeping Pattern: Keep a consistant sleeping pattern, Im talking 9o'clock bed time, no matter how old you are.

eating patterns: Its proven that if you eat a healthy, warm breakfast then you are more able to concentrate.

Studying tips: Drink water, Im talking lots. In a day i drink around 2-3 bottles of water per hour. It stops me from going to sleep for some reason, you can substitute with tea or coffee.

Other things: Take 1 - 2 days a week off! Don't revise for over 1 hour non stop. Take 20 minute breaks in between to play games, read books, watch tv or socialise.

Here is what i do at the moment:

8.00am - Wake up, Shower, Warm Breakfast and Tea
9:00am - Im in school, any spare time is spent in the library
12:00noon - I go for lunch which takes 30 minutes then i revise in the library on campus.
1 to 4pm - I am at lessons or revising
4.30 pm - Gym for 1 hour Running/Light Weights
6.00 pm - Back at the house, Take a shower and get a good meal
6.30 to 8pm - Revision
8 to 9 - Go to a friends house watch tv

Saturday is the day i get hammered drunk.. then stay in bed most the day. When im not drunk.. i go the gym for 1 hour then use the sauna/spa and swimming pool. I then go to see family/friends and get back home for 9.

Yours will differ from mine but over all. If at any time you feel unhappy, take the day off to relax, dont over work yourself!
