does rotator cuff strength (along with proper technique) determine how far you can throw a football? what about tricep strength? do triceps help at all with throwing a football far?

Leg and core strength are the most important- that's where the power for a strong throw comes from. That's why you throw stronger when your feet are firmly planted in proper position.

i think it's mainly your bicep strength that matters. and as the other guy said, your core and leg strength. i mean, try throwing a football without moving your legs or waist or anything.

(by the way- i got the nickname footballgirl from sum dudes in my math class, only cuz i'm not a ditz and actually know how 2 play football) :D
