I am looking at remodeling my kitchen and I plan to install a new gas cooktop. I would love your opinions on which would be the best stovetop to purchase. I love to cook and try to pretend I am a gourmet! I have wondered about a Viking, Wolf, or Bosch cooktop. Thanks for any help!

The best rated cook top on the market is the BlueStar. It is THE cooking system for the gourmet cook. From what I can tell they are not as expensive as some of the other(inferior) ones. Made in the USA so if you would ever(most likely not) need parts or service you will have no problems.

I am a contractor specializing in the luxury home market and ,the two brands homeowners seem most happy with are ,Wolf and Dacor,either one should make you very happy.
