They only list the Weight Watchers stuff. I even called and they told me it was listed on the web site but it's not??

They don't provide the nutritional information other than the weight watchers items because of the number of different vendors they work with in their 1,900 locations. It states it on the web site.

I believe if you ask your server they should provide you with a list. I thought the law required that. If not, go to there web site, they may have a way on there to obtain it.

Well figure out what meal you want there and look it up on the internet. It should be easy, exmaple- 7 oz steak, 8 oz chicken breast. Then look up what a potato is and side dishes and once you start looking it up you get the hang of it.

I have this book called "The Nutribase Guide to Carbohydrates, Calories & Fat" I think it has almost every chain restaurant, fast food restaurant and food there is in the US. It cost about $14.95 at Book Stop I think.
