Body-mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both adult men and women.

Based on your height & weight, your BMI is 20.8. That puts you safely in the 'normal weight' category! Congrats...

BMI Categories:

Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

Since you have a large bone structure you'll only look anorexic if you lose too much weight. I'm 5'7 and weigh the same.. i'm not fat, not freakishly thin, but I do have great toned muscles, which makes me look fit. Don't lose weight. Work on developing leaner muscles and staying in shape and above all, healthy.

Sounds very normal and healthy. Make sure you focus on fitness and health- weight by itself is not a good indicator of health or looks (muscular people weigh more but are smaller)

that is WAY NORMAL.. i think you would be fine even if you gained another 15 or 20lbs. you are worrying too much. it is even considered normal on the BMI scale, which i find is usually too strict anyway. stop looking at magazines & skinny girls. guys like some curve. be confident in yourself.

Good lord, no. You sound perfectly healthy. What's your doctor's opinion? Theirs should matter most.

There is no such thing as 'big bone structure' or 'being big boned'. And you sound perfectly healthy.
