long hair or short?

im having my hair cut to mo and not sure to go shorter?? help!

Long hair can be beautiful, but for some people it makes them look older. Short hair can be very versatile depending on the cut, and in my experience makes you look younger. Short hair can be just as sexy as long hair; if you feel confident in your new look then it will show!

If you like your hair now and just want a change, consider trimming just a few inches first. Or you could try getting some layers and highlights. Look in the mirror with your hair pulled back off your face to see what your face shape is: round, heart shaped, oval, or square. The shape of your face can make or break a hair cut. Try a website like www.hairdos.com to find pictures of cuts you like, print them out and take them with you to the stylist. Ask the stylist if the cut will work for your face, and tell them if you want something that’s low maintenance. Have them show you a couple of different ways to fix it before you leave. I know how you feel. i did have really long hair about to my shoulders and loads of people kept telling me it looked really nice but i felt it was boring and it does get tedious for a while. So i had it chopped to my shoulders and I REALLLY MISS IT!! I regreted soooo much. But on the other hand if i hadn't of done it I would have kept harping on that i wanted a change. So go middle way don't cut much off the length but go for a different style with a side fringe or something. After any cut you always feel different and sexier. Hope that helps.

honestly it depends on what type of face shape you have bc if u have a chubby face and short hair it just makes ur hair look more ovalish or if u have a long neck its good to have long hair but n e wayz if u want you can always get layers long layers or short layers not just a blunt cut i think long layers are the best long in the back and gets shorter towards the front

I like short, maybe an inch or two above the shoulder. Short hair is easier to deal with and maintain. I also think short hair has cuter hairstyles. Like pigtails looks really cute with short hair. So do low ponytails. Or just with your hair down and a clip clipping the front hairs back.

well both are pretty so here are some pros and cons:
long pros: can do hairstyles, look sexy,look younger
long cons: cant layer it or have short angles[otherwise itll look really thin],gets boring

short pros: can layer,angle almost anything,trendy,hot
short cons: might miss long hair[but will get used to it or just try extensions],hard time putting it in a pony.

now if you have long hair and your attached try chopping off a couple inches jsut for now.
and then chop off more and more hair if you like it.

also if you have logn hair but dont want it to jsut hang there or not flatter your face try bangs[if you have a high forehead its win-win] or long angles or both!

shorts more trendy though yett you stand out from the crowd all at once.

It all depends on your face shape. Short brings more attention to your face & its features. If you get it short make sure you have lots of highlights, lowlights, and layers. Remember Halle Berry? She had short hair for a long time, now she grew it out and she looks normal/weird. She is a perfect example of how it depends on your face shape!!!
