This is easy and known as the Riddle of The Sphinx since it was first found carved there and is over 5,000 years old.
The answer is 'man'.
When born he crawls on hands and feet (four legs0.
When adult walks on two legs (two legs)
When older uses a walking stick (three legs)
It doesn't take a genius to work that one out.

its a human/man. four legs meaning crawling on all fours when its a baby, thus "morning". 2 legs when he can walk up right and noon means that he is in the middle of his life. and 3 legs is 2 legs+ a cane b/c evening represents the end of ur life and thats when you are ooold.
=)

I would think it's the average modern man. Crawling on all fours from a bad hangover in the morning. Walks to the bathroom on two legs in the afternoon and relieves his bladder in the washroom before going to bed.

Wow. Lots of people have IQ of at least 260.
The answer is man, unless they've changed the answer to something more difficult.

lol. dumb ability he's unable to talk, so he can't say some thing to blind. He can't write it because blind can't study it, and he can't use deaf as an middleman because deaf is the perp and could no longer bypass the information alongside. If I were dumb, i'd only tell a fourth man or woman who can bypass the information alongside, yet i'm no longer positive from the poorly defined constraints of the riddle no matter if it truly is approved.

This is so easy...
It's the Sphinx riddle.
it's a man
In the morning of his life(as a baby) he walks on four.
At noon(as a grown up) he walks on two.
In the evening(when old)he walks on three(a cane being the third leg)
