I eat NO processed breakfast cereals. I eat only organic
whole grains, such as corn meal--rolled oats--quinoa--millet--
brown rice--7 grain cereal. I cook up enough for about 3 days
and keep it in a bowl in the frig. In the morning I take out
one portion/add milk/ add raisins or nuts or sunflower seeds/
brown sugar/ and heat in a pot. Put into a bowl and top with
apple pie spice or cinnamon & nutmeg and pat of real butter.

I like Golden Grahams too, but my all time favorite is Fruity Pebbles. I like a lot of the 'healthy' cereals that have nuts too.

I don't eat cereal, but if grits count, grits all the way. It is a grain, right? Otherwise it would have to be Mueslix, if they even make that anymore.
