A quess to your question would be: Were there any Black servicemen in active service during World War 2 ?
The USA had 1.2million African American troops but less than 2% saw active fighting rolls.The best was a fighter squadron who were never shot down and never lost a plane that they were escorting.
The English wouldn't allow Black men from their colonies to fight against whites.
However if you expand your question 2.5 million Indians joined the Allies and fought bravely in the Med and N.Africa. Their involvement directly led to the end of the British rule in India as it became we help you then you give us back our country.
