1. Could he hear prayers from the day he was born?
2. Did he start hearing them when he started going to the temple?
3. Or did they develop after he started preaching?
4. Perhaps they developed posthumously?
Also, if his telepathic ability developed during his lifetime, did he use it to communicate with the disciples?

Good question. Psychics usually have their powers as of birth - it just takes years to develop them. Jesus could probably get a job with the Psychic Hotline now.
