I have longer hair with lots of layers and straight cut bangs that i usually wear to the side or pinned back and i also have straight/slightly wavy hair. I need some cute party and school styles...help....

I don't have long hair, but I've seen a lot of ponytails with chunky head bands lately. They can be formal or casual and they're hella cute.

The best thing I've discovered lately are really cute headbands. Works for ponytails, or wearing your hair down. Try a couple different styles--both the really wide ones and the super skinny ones always look great. It's a fast, easy way to do your hair without having to really "do" your hair. Best for those days when you don't have time, or for any time at all! A great accessory.
J. Crew makes really cute ones in all different patterns and textures.

if your hair is naturaly wavy, curls are really easy to do. Just wet your hair, put jell in it, and scrunch. and it looks really good. the cut that makes it easyer looks REALLY good with straight hair also. just verry layered and bangs or a side bang. and the best part is if your hair looks bad that day, you can put it in a ponney tail.

try putting it up with a clip big enough to hold all your hair and do half a ponytail with it. it looks really nice and it will make ur face look longer instead of round. And if u get hot u can always lift it all up!

Sporty: ponytail or bun with a stretchy headband
Cute: messy bun or a regular headband
or you can leave your hair down and wear visible jewelry
(at least, these r things i would wear)

put some volumizing spray in your damp hair after you've washed it. (shampood and conditioned). since you have bangs, try to take them, pin them up with booby pins and make it like a big poof. this look is so hot!
