He needs to be seen by a qualified veterinarian. The slew of things that could possibly be wrong with the dog could fill volumes of books.
Please, get the dog to a vet.

The best person to ask is your vet. Simply call them and request to speak to a vet. The vet will call you back or you will be connected right away. Explain this to them, and see what they say. Most likely they will ask you to bring in your dog so they can do a proper exam and diagnose what it is there can be a lot of things wrong and no one on this forum can properly diagnose what's going on with your dog, only the vet can.
It could be nothing, it could be something, it's better to pay for at least an exam just to be sure. Better to be safe than sorry. Good Luck.

These are the symptoms of almost every illness a dog can have. Only a vet exam can give you a true diagnosis.

Dogs can suffer from a number of stomach ailments. Fortunately, most can work themselves out on their own. Unfortunately, some can be fatal if no brought to a Vet's attention.
Turn your computer off right now and call your vet.

Poor Baby! It's really hard to say without seeing the dog. The only one who can tell you for sure, what the problem is, would be your veterinarian. It could be a variety of things.
