Neuro- is the prefix for the brain and central nervous system. A Neurologist is a phycisian who specializes in diseases and conditions affecting the brain and cns.
Nephro-is the prefix for the kidneys. A Nephrologist is a phycisian who specializes in diseases of the kidney.

As the others said, neuro deals with the brain and nervous system (as in "neuron") and nephro deals with the kidneys (as in the functional unit of the kidney, "nephrons"). Another root word reffering to the kidneys is renal.
