if i just do 30 min of cardio in the morning around 6...and then do an hours worth of working out at 4 in the afternoon..it's okay right?

i heard that it's sometimes not ok to do them both on the same day..but i'm not doing that much cardio

yes, that is very good!
Cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach will ensure that you lose the most weight and burn the most calories from stored fat than at any other time during the day

If your goal is to loose weight and tone up the key is run in the morning on an empty stomach, your body burns up all that fat and calories stored in your body. But the key is 15 min before u run have a cup of OJ

yeah its fine....the only thing I'd recommend though is trying to get a little something to eat before you do cardio.....no matter how good you heard starved cardio is....its pretty much a lie....nothing big is needed just some fruit or a protein shake about 10-15 mins before you do the cardio

No thats good. My buddy is a body builder and he does 45min of cardio before work, and then he works out at night. Good luck.
