It's not a bad thing. Girls like long eyelashes. Actually girls spend a lot of time and money trying to make theirs longer, thicker, etc... I would say compliment.

Obviously a compliment, women would love to have longer lashes, that's why you have the likes of Naomi Campbell buying fake lashes. When a guy has them naturally it's quite a sight for sore eyes.
