no, but carrots will give you a nice orange colour

Don't think so 'cos I eat homemade pasta 3 times a day with a third of a jar of tomato puree with each (totaling a whole jar every day), & I'm not any more pink. But if you hold an organic peeled carrot in your hands tightly for about one minute your hands will go orange for about a day or two. You shouldn't eat too many carrots though as they can be counter productive/very bad for you.

Tomatoes, when cooked, release leucopine, which is now known to be a powerful anti oxidant, and which attacks your harmful free radicals!
However, back to your question. Mmmm..OK. Try this. Stay in dark or sunless rooms for a year, and keep bathing in ice cold baths. You should soon be quite pink, but somewhat wrinkly, I'm afraid.

Not that I have heard about. but oats might. They are very warming, which may make your skin more pink.
Its true that if you eat enough carrots you do get a orangey tint to you. Or you can take a supplement of Beta carotene for the same effect.

No but if you drink too much Sunny Delight then you do turn yellow because of an addititive called betacarotene, that deposits the yellow pigment on the skin.
Tomatoes don't have additives.

BUT if you eat loads of beetroot, you pee pink. Honest we did it as kids just to see if it was true!
