I weight 106.4 and i'm 5' 6" i'm also a female. I would like to know if I should gain weight. I'm afraid to because all my friends say I should but they are all bigger. I'm not anorexic i just have a really good Metabolism. Let me know what you think.

Yes, I think 106 pounds is too thin for someone who is 5'6 inches tall.

This is taken from a weight range chart for your height:
5'6" Female
114 - 161 lbs.

Yes its a little bit thin, should you gain weight? I dont think so, your metabolism is fast and as you age you will start gaining weight. Besides, if you think you should gain weight, do it only and ONLY for yourself, not because your friends want you "curvier"

Well, I'm 14 and am shorter than you, and I weigh more than you. People tell me to gain weight, but I really do think you should. But if you are comfortable and it's not affecting your health, then you don't need to. You shouldn't let anyone's opinion hurt you.

If you eat healthy you are fine. Make sure you are eating 1800 cals a day and drinking water. Don't eat less than 1200, you need food. If you do that, your just lucky with good genetics to be 106.

Remember metabolism slows down when you age. I would stay the same really.
