my cuts are giting deeper called both mom and theraps thay didnt pick up the phone.. help what do i do...

keep trying to get ahold of someone. everything will be ok. calm down whats going on? what brought you to this/

Here are some things you can do instead of cutting:

Journal or write in a diary
Draw pictures to get your feelings out
Use rubber bands on your wrists and pluck them everytime you want to cut
Put your hands in ice water
Turn up music loud and dance
Pet an animal
Clean something

When you feel the need to cut yourself call a help line or anyone you can trust with your feelings. Please talk out your feelings to someone to prevent the cutting in the future. It is going to be a day by day thing but keep trying. Good Luck.

For a couple of minutes it will stop from bleeding.

wash it fresh running water and clean and damp clean cloth. Use antiseptic solution like Povidone Iodine or alcohol. Consult your doctor and visit nearest clinic.

Don't panic and just be yourself.
