I take it that this women hurt your feelings a little bit. I think that she was highly embarrased. You did a moral thing. Many people would have just let her get off the bus, just so they could laugh and point at her.
Dont worry about her, you are a hero and you deserve a thank you. So I am thanking you, today, I thank you for being a good person, a caring gentlemen.
Have a good rest of your life.
Job well done!

I WOULD THINK THAT SHE MIGHT BE GRATEFUL, AND IF SHE DID HAPPEN TO YELL AT YOU I WOULD HAVE SAID IN A VERY LOUD VOICE SO EVERYONE COULD HEAR, "HEY, LADY DON'T YELL AT ME FOR TELLING YOU YOUR SKIRT WAS STUCK IN YOUR PANTIES."
MAYBE SHE WAS ANGRY AT THE FACT YOU WERE CHECKING HER OUT.... BUT BE HAPPY... AT LEAST YOU LIKE GIRLS!!!

If she yelled at you it was probably b/c she was embarrassed and didn't know what other reaction to give so she yelled. Not appropriate but did it draw attention away from that. If it did it worked for her but not you.

The rule is if they can fix it tell them. If not don't say anything.
You did the right thing. If she had a run in her panty hose you should not mention it.

Yes, she has a right to yell anytime she wants. You have the right to tell her no one wants to see her cellulite - in a very loud voice.

Yes.
You need to be careful when communicating personal things to strangers.
If I were you, I'd just enjoy. Try not to be obvious about it.
By the way, woman is proof that G-d or Goddess exists and loves us.

She has the right to do whatever she wants. She probably would have yelled at someone else for not telling her.

She should be grateful. But her yelling at you may just be her way to cover up her embarrassment.
