I used to have a fear of death but now I accept that it is part of the natural order of things. I am not religious and I don't think we can honestly know if there is any sort of afterlife. We find out when we get there. If so, that would be a fantastic adventure (I definetly don't believe in the Judeo-Christian religion views on afterlife) although I am a skeptic. If not, I think I won't care about or feel anything anymore. I definetly think if you spend too much time fearing or thinking about your death the message is you need to put more living and positive activities and goals into your life.

No, I'm afraid that when I DO die my wife will refuse to re-marry. I don't want her to be left behind alone for the rest of her days.

But as for me, The Great Question will finally be answered for me. I will know FOR SURE. That fills me with wonder and curiousity. Like Peter Pan said, it's an awfully big adventure.

Hell yeah !! I Don't fall into the "god fearing" category. I've always been skeptical, and will remain so. I think any person with a clear reckoning of life would be a bit scared to find out what will happen in the end. I personally don't fear death as much as being OLD !!

No. But I'm not ready to die either. I do fear pain that might be associated with death.
