It's a self fullfilling prophecy, they want it so bad that they are willing to let the world go to S H I T because to them they see a silver lining to all the madness. Instead of stopping their nonsense they continue to do nothing about the real problems because they are secretly wanting Jesus to come back. Sadly when he doesn't come back they are gonna look around and wonder who is gonna clean up the mess.

Sure, good question! Jesus prophesied that there would be earthquakes, wars, famines, pestilences, etc. (Matthew 24:3-14) He even said that the good news would be preached in all the inhabited earth before the end would come- Jehovah's Witnesses are certainly doing their job. My father is not a religious man, and made the comment once that the fact we're having more earthquakes since the 20th century only proves that the plates are shifting more. My sister said, "Yes, and doesn't it amaze you that Jesus knew this thousands of years ago?"
To me as a resident of the United States, I find the apostle Paul's words at 2 Timothy 3:1-5 to be even more poignant: "But know this, that in the last days critical times hard to deal with will be here. 2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, self-assuming, haughty, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, disloyal, 3 having no natural affection, not open to any agreement, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, without love of goodness, 4 betrayers, headstrong, puffed up [with pride], lovers of pleasures rather than lovers of God, 5 having a form of godly devotion but proving false to its power; and from these turn away."
We see society slipping into greater depths of alienation from happiness and from God. For the most part, when our grandparents were children, they could sleep with their doors unlocked, they could trust a stranger to give them a ride home from school. Society is on a rapid decline, but the good news is that this is a sign that a reversal will soon be here! Contact Jehovah's Witnesses in your area to find out more about the bible and how current events support that the end is quickly and thankfully approaching for the wickedness on earth.

The Book of Revelations is actually four accounts of the same situation (the return of Jesus the Christ). Each views the event from the perspective of the people of the world that will be effected by the particular segment of the event. BUT, it does NOT say that the world will end. Only that satan's rule over it will and Jesus the Christ will establish His kingdom on earth, "World without end." YBIC

The Bible makes a distinction between the creation and the prevailing spiritual power over the world (cosmos).
Jesus Himself refers to Satan as "ruler of this world".
John writes in I John 5:19 "We know that we are children of God, and the whole world is under the control of the evil one."(NIV)
The Bible depicts Satan as having been defeated at the cross, where Jesus destroyed His legal claim against mankind by taking the consummate guilt of mankind upon Himself, enabling every person to find forgiveness and reconciliation with God. Thus He established His Kingdom, but as a spiritual Kingdom, entered into by faith and acceptance of His Lordship.
The Bible foretells a progressive dethroning of Satan.
He is pictured as the "Prince of the Power of the Air (lower heaven)" in Ephesians 2:2. In Revelation chapter 12:7-9 we read "And there was war in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon , and the dragon and his angels fought back. But he was not strong enough, and they lost their place in heaven. The great dragon was hurled down - the ancient serpent called the devil or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him." (NIV)
After being cast down to the earth, he establishes worldwide domination through his pawn, the Antichrist for a brief period (either three and one half or seven years). Afterwards he is defeated by the armies of Christ at the battle of Armaggedon (see Revelation 16:16; 19:11 - 20:3)
Satan is then cast into the Abyss for a thousand years and a new age of peace and prosperity are ushered in during the millennial reign of Jesus Christ.
After a thousand years, Satan is released and leads one final assault against the Kingdom of Christ. He is defeated and cast into the Lake of Fire, his final destination.
Thereafter the present heaven and earth pass away, a final eternal judgment is pronounced against all the inhabitants of the earth. The wicked are cast into the Lake of Fire, and a new heaven and new earth are created for the eternal enjoyment of the righteous.
So often what people are referring to when they speak of the end of the world is actually the end of the age, the present world system as it exists under the domination of Satan.

They are comparing nonsense to nonsense.
Sorry, we don't get out of here till the last amoeba attains enlightenment.
Judging from the answers some of the so-called chosen people are giving this could take quite a while.
Contrary to popular belief God is not going to let us quit till everyone figures out the way to get back home.
The fantasy about hell is just a lie about God that was made up to give a few holier than thows someone to feel better than. God loves us too much to let a single soul become lost.
Love and blessings Don
