And how would I be able to treat it if curable?

I have mild dislexia which could possibly be the reason.

Have not found many good results from google...

Ok so the question was hard to understand..
Basically when I look at anything in say a room, I can not see block colours as sharp distinct colours but with a layer of coloured noise on top. An example of what I see is a bad blurred photograph zoomed in. Im just wondering if this is normal or not, and no Im not on any drugs..thnx.

It's not normal and you may need specially coloured glasses, see your optician and explain to them.
