Usually not. Most utility companies (including cell phone companies) do not report your payment history to the credit bureaus. They will, however, report accounts that are extremely overdue.

Not really - if you don't pay though it has an adverse affect. Utilities are not generally displayed on your credit report unless you have been past due. Usually utilities will ask about credit when establishing a new account...

Not all the payments. But I am sure it helps your credit improve ifyou pay for utility bills on time such as cell phone, gas, etc.

yes paying any bills on time helps your credit, because if you didn't you would get a collection notice, eventually, and THAT would be very bad for your credit.
