Yes you should wait until the hangover's gone, and no it's not wrong to call. Your wife and you are a two-person team, and you're supposed to tackle things together. True, she should've been there drinking and gambling WITH you, but that's neither here nor there. If you're stuck in a predicament and you can't turn to your spouse, who CAN you turn to?
