The opposite of love is apathy -- complete disinterest for something/ someone.
So yes, there is a thin line between love and hate...you have strong emotions for something/someone, it's how you perceive the situation or person, but they still occupy your thoughts...thin line indeed

The line is thin only if you speak of love and hate as emotions. When they are actions, there is a great difference.

Absolutely. You can love some one so much one minute, but in the next you can hate them. Any couple out there will agree i'm sure!! lol
